Gareth Plummer has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Gareth currently holds the role of Head of Product at Recognise Bank since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Kanopi from 2019 to 2023, where they served as Head of Product and established the product team for the insurtech startup. Before Kanopi, Gareth worked at Barclays from 2013 to 2016, first as a Business Manager for Premier UK & Savings and later as a Product Manager in the Future Leaders Development Programme. Gareth also had an internship as an International Marketing Intern at BNP Paribas Asset Management in 2011.
Gareth Plummer attended Lord Wandsworth College from 2003 to 2009, where they completed their A-Levels in Chemistry, Economics, and French. Gareth then went on to study at the University of Bath from 2009 to 2013, earning a BSc (Hons) degree in International Management and Modern Languages with a focus on French.
