From August 2005 to September 2010, they served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer on a forward deployed fast attack submarine, holding various positions such as Reactor Controls Assistant, Main Propulsion Assistant, Quality Assurance Officer, and Assistant Weapons Officer.
Michael Billings, MBA, completed their education at Loyola University Maryland and Savannah State University. Michael pursued their Masters of Business Administration with a specialization in EMBA, Strategic Development and Management from 2011 to 2014 at Loyola University Maryland. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics from Savannah State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
