Dr. Mick Kerrigan has held various roles in multiple companies throughout their career. In 2000, they started as a Technical Support Team Leader at Eircom Multimedia, where they managed a team of 12 technical support analysts. During their time at STI Innsbruck, they authored numerous papers and textbooks, coordinated research projects, and played a key role in securing funding for the institute.

From 2007 to 2009, Dr. Kerrigan served as the Branding & Marketing Officer at STI International, where they defined the organization's brand.

In 2010, Dr. Kerrigan joined Amdocs as a Product Manager & Principal Big Data Analytics Strategist. Dr. Mick played a crucial role in developing the roadmap for Big Data Analytics use cases in telecommunications and led the standardization of a reference model for big data analytics. Dr. Mick was also promoted to the position of Customer Innovation Centre (CIC) Manager, where they managed a team and completed various data analytics projects.

From 2014 to 2017, Dr. Kerrigan worked as a Principal Data Scientist at Digital at Independent News & Media (INM). Dr. Mick spearheaded a data transformation project by developing a data strategy and implementing it across the entire digital business. Their responsibilities included evangelizing data-driven methodologies, conducting audits, and introducing new tools and technologies.

Since 2017, Dr. Kerrigan has been serving as the Chief Technology Officer & Founding Director at RecommenderX, where they develop advanced AI and data analytics platforms for enterprises.

Dr. Mick Kerrigan began their education at St. Mary's College, Rathmines from 1987 to 1997, although specific details about their degree or field of study are not available. Dr. Mick then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at University College Dublin from 1997 to 2001.
