Lesli Poole is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in maintenance, reliability, and project management across multiple companies. Currently serving as Sr. Project Engineering Manager at Recon Management Services INC since April 2023, Lesli previously held roles such as Site Maintenance and Reliability Manager at Third Coast Chemicals and Reliability Services Manager at The LYCRA Company. A strong foundation in reliability management was further developed at Praxair as Global HyCO Reliability Manager. Lesli's career began at Rohm and Haas, with progressive roles leading to leadership in various engineering capacities, including Maintenance Manager at The Dow Chemical Company.
