Rene Lõhmus has a diverse work experience starting in 2013 with their role as a Squad Leader in the Estonian Defense Forces. Following this, they worked as a Production Worker at Merrem Tööstusplast Ltd. in 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Transportation Worker at MoveMaster OÜ. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Defendec Ltd, first as a Production Specialist and Technical Support Engineer, then as a Deployment Project Manager, and finally as the Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Since 2018, they have been the Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Reconeyez.
Rene Lõhmus holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tallinn University of Technology, which was completed from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Logistics from the same university, finishing it from 2014 to 2017. Before entering university, Rene completed their secondary education in the Technology class at Tartu Tamme Gymnasium in 2013.
