Sara Shaji is a Risk Manager at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute, where Sara oversees risk management practices and conducts bi-annual risk assessments. Prior to this, Sara worked as a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant at Quality Healthcare Legal and held roles in patient safety and quality at Einstein Healthcare Network and Penn Medicine Princeton Health. Sara has a Master's degree in Leadership in Healthsystems Management from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University.
