Carlos Flores has a diverse and extensive work experience in the car rental and mobility industry. Carlos started their career in 1984 at National Car Rental, where they held various management positions until 1995. Carlos then joined Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group as a Regional Manager for Franchise Operations in Latin America and the Caribbean.
In 2002, Carlos joined Europcar International, initially serving as the Franchise Zone Director for Latin America and the Caribbean. Carlos later became the Regional Director for Sales and Marketing in the same region. During their time at Europcar, Carlos played a key role in developing and expanding the company's presence in Latin America.
In 2012, Carlos moved on to become the Regional Director for the Americas at EcoPort, a NetZero Energy Specialist company that offers sustainable mobile workspaces. Carlos was responsible for business development, sales, and marketing in the Americas.
Carlos then transitioned to Auto Europe Car Rental in 2014, where they served as the Vice President for Sales in Latin America and the Caribbean. Carlos played a significant role in ensuring competitive rates, excellent customer service, and promoting promotional offers.
In 2015, Carlos became the Managing Director of AMCARS Inc., a consulting firm specializing in the car rental sector. Carlos focused on business development, sales, marketing, and franchise development for the company.
In 2019, Carlos took on a role as a Member of the Board of Advisors at Alamo México, providing strategic guidance and expertise. The same year, they also joined Record360 as an International Business Development professional, helping reduce disputes and damage costs in car and equipment rentals.
Most recently, in 2020, Carlos became the Managing Director of Rocar Mobility LLC, a company specializing in sustainable micromobility solutions. Carlos was responsible for developing and operating electric scooter, ebike, and moped services in select cities.

Carlos Flores has completed an Executive Education - Post Grad. degree in General Management from UCLA. Carlos also completed an Executive Development Program in General Management from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, they obtained an MBA degree from Marymount University in 1986.
