Leonardo Gervilla started their work experience as a Spanish Customer Support Specialist at Nu Skin in December 2015. Leonardo then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Rocky Mountain ATV/MC from May 2017 to April 2018. In May 2019, they joined Weave HQ as a Technical Support Specialist and later became a Technical Implementations Specialist in August 2019. In October 2019, they were promoted to Manager of Technical Implementation and Onboarding Support, where they successfully created and led the Onboarding Support team, implementing efficient processes and achieving high productivity rates.
