Rajavel Ramasubbiah is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and development roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Recorded Books since April 2014, Rajavel has successfully managed engineering teams and prioritized product features to enhance digital platform objectives. Prior roles include Senior Software Development Engineer at Inovalon, where Rajavel architected and developed the ePASS application, and significant experience at Triveris, Inc., and FCG Software Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. Rajavel began a career in software development at Infoprint and MDC Infoway, progressing from a Software Programmer to senior-level positions. Educationally, Rajavel holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Madras.
