In 2024, Jonathan co-founded Big Delta Capital with a mission to empower women in financial empowerment and wealth-building. Additionally, as an Entrepreneur Accelerator Advisor & Coach at Because International, Jonathan supports global entrepreneurs in launching innovative products. Jonathan's professional journey includes significant roles at The J.M. Smucker Company, COTY Inc., and the US Army. Currently, Jonathan is pursuing a Certificate in M&A and Corporate Strategy at INSEAD and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance from The College of Idaho.
