Huyen Le is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the People and Talent Manager at Recover since May 2024. Previous roles include Human Resources & Administration Manager at SP Group, where Huyen built HR policies and developed a talent pipeline, and Human Resources Manager at Spartronics, focusing on incentive programs and on-the-job training. With a strong background in HR management gained from positions at ONG&ONG PTE LTD and Ladona Properties Limited Company, Huyen has implemented compensation and benefits, recruitment, and learning & development initiatives. Huyen's career began as an Assistant to the General Manager at the Representative Office of Metachem Corporation in Vietnam. Huyen holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from TOPICA, and an Intermediate Professional qualification in Organic Chemistry from the Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City.
