Fei Fan has extensive experience in the renewable energy and electrical engineering sectors, currently serving as Associate Director of Grid Strategy & Analytics at Recurrent Energy since October 2021, having previously held the role of Senior Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Fei held managerial positions in transmission and interconnection at Ecoplexus Inc. and First Solar, managing significant renewable energy projects across California and Nevada. Fei also served as Power System Engineer at Smart Wires Inc., where solutions for global utilities were developed, and had roles in power system planning at NYISO and research positions at various institutions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and another Master's in High-Voltage and Insulation Technology, along with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and Automation from North China Electric Power University.
