Abhishek Deshpande

Abhishek Deshpande is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and operations management sector, currently serving as Co-Founder and COO at Recykal since December 2015. Prior experience includes the role of Operations Manager at Accor from November 2009 to July 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing all operational aspects of the establishment. Earlier positions also encompass Team Lead at Radisson, managing daily hotel operations, as well as roles as a Bartender at Fusion 9 and a Barista at Cafe Coffee Day. Abhishek Deshpande holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Osmania University, completed in 2008.
