Charlene Ashley has extensive work experience at Red Apple Stores Inc. Charlene started in 2001 as a Store Manager, responsible for opening new locations and managing all business functions. Charlene later became a District Manager, overseeing multiple stores, before transitioning to the role of Store Operations Manager in 2015. In this role, they collaborated with various departments to enhance customer experience and boost productivity and sales. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Store Operations, where they continue to lead and improve store operations.
Charlene Ashley attended Conestoga College from 1993 to 1994, where they studied Recreation Leadership.
