Aileen currently holds a position as Deputy Managing Director at Red Bee Creative, where Aileen is responsible for the agency's global business development strategy. Prior to this, Aileen worked at LFH Illuminating Brands, focusing on new business and marketing in the FMCG industry. Aileen has also completed Marketing Week Mini MBA programs and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Life Sciences from the University of Toronto.
