Joachim Wildt has a diverse and extensive work experience in the media and broadcasting industry. Joachim founded International Broadcast & Media Solutions (BMS) in 2016 and served as the founder. In 2017, they joined Red Bull Media House as the Global Head of Content & Media Partnerships. From 2013 to 2016, Joachim was the Managing Director (Chairman) at Plazamedia Group, where they managed sports production and content, developed new business strategies, and oversaw the company's operations in multiple locations. Joachim also held various key roles at UEFA Event SA from 2006 to 2013, including Head of Broadcaster Servicing and Head of Partner Services, where they played a pivotal role in the development and implementation of broadcasting services for UEFA EURO 2008. Prior to that, Joachim worked at Pixelpark AG from 2000 to 2006, where they held positions such as Director Sales & Marketing and Director Media Industry, contributing to the growth and success of the company. Their career began at ZDF in 1992, where they served as a Senior Production Manager TV Sports until 1998.

Joachim Wildt pursued their Bachelor's degree in Media Management at FH Wiesbaden, Germany, from 1995 to 2000, earning a Diplom. Later, from 1999 to 2001, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, USA, where they focused on Comparative Media Studies and Digital Media Lab.
