Alex Barnwell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as an Intern at The National Assembly of Wales in 2012. The following year, they joined Huntswood as a Subject Matter Expert, supervising a team of fifteen case handlers for the PPI Redress Project. In 2015, they held various roles at Huntswood, including Deputy Team Leader and Team Leader. They then joined UBS as a Business Risk Management Analyst in 2015. Finally, in 2017, they joined Redburn as a CRM and Client MIS Analyst and eventually became the Head of Client Data Services in October 2019.
Alex Barnwell obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business from St Mary's University, Twickenham in 2015-2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International Relations and Modern History from Swansea University from 2010-2013. In their earlier education, Alex attended Queen Mary's College from 2007-2009 where they studied Maths, Further Maths, History, and Politics. They completed their secondary education at Brighton Hill Community College from 2002-2007, with twelve higher grade passes at GCSE.
