J. Steven Price

Board Member at Red Butte Garden

J. Steven Price is the founder and president of Price Real Estate, a position held since July 2002. In addition to leading their own company, Price serves as the chair of the Campus Master Plan Committee and is an executive committee member of the Board of Trustees at the University of Utah since June 2016. Notable roles also include finance and audit committee member and governing board member for the Salt Lake City-Utah 2030/2034 Winter Olympic Games, community board member at University of Utah Health, and board member of Salt Lake City International Airport, where Price also chairs the board. Price is an advisory board member for KUER 90.1, and a board member for both Red Butte Garden and World Trade Center Utah, as well as the Utah Sports Commission since May 2003. Participation in YPO began in January 1996. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Utah.

Red Butte Garden

Red Butte Garden, located on 100 acres in the foothills above the University of Utah, is an official arboretum of the state of Utah. The Garden has welcomed guests since 1985 and is the largest botanical garden in the Intermountain West with over 21 acres of developed gardens and five miles of hiking trails winding through an extensive Natural Area. The Garden; which is community-funded; is renowned for its numerous plant collections, display gardens, 540,000 springtime blooming bulbs; including a vast collection of daffodils; beautiful private event spaces, world-class outdoor summer concert series, and award-winning horticulture-based educational programs.
