Sarah Hinners is an accomplished professional in the fields of ecology and conservation, currently serving as the Director of Research and Conservation at Red Butte Garden since August 2023. As the Principal of Sarah Jack Hinners Ecological Consulting LLC since June 2019, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in ecological consulting. Red Butte Garden
Red Butte Garden, located on 100 acres in the foothills above the University of Utah, is an official arboretum of the state of Utah. The Garden has welcomed guests since 1985 and is the largest botanical garden in the Intermountain West with over 21 acres of developed gardens and five miles of hiking trails winding through an extensive Natural Area. The Garden; which is community-funded; is renowned for its numerous plant collections, display gardens, 540,000 springtime blooming bulbs; including a vast collection of daffodils; beautiful private event spaces, world-class outdoor summer concert series, and award-winning horticulture-based educational programs.
