Jeff Thompson is an experienced entrepreneur and technology leader, currently serving as Founder of Unusual Machines since August 2019, which aims to enhance the American drone industry by diversifying supply chains. Thompson also holds the position of Founder and CEO at Red Cat, a drone technology company established in March 2016 that specializes in providing advanced robotic solutions for military, government, and commercial applications. Previously, Thompson founded and led Towerstream, a wireless service provider, from 1999 to 2015, and EdgeNet Inc., a privately held internet service provider sold to Citadel Broadcasting in 1997. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
