Xiaoxiao Chen

Xiaoxiao Chen is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience at Red Clay Consulting since July 2014, progressing through roles from Associate Consultant to Senior Consultant. Key responsibilities include defining project requirements, conducting workshops, managing design mapping, and providing technical solutions while ensuring thorough testing and documentation. Prior experience includes a Process Excellence Co-op role at Cbeyond, focused on driving process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and a Quality Assurance Co-op role, where process maps for various departments were maintained. Xiaoxiao also contributed to the creation of a Chinese website for Alcan Cable Company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, along with industrial engineering programs at both National University of Singapore and Tsinghua University.
