Vinay Kala is the Founder Director of Red Coral Travel Experiences, a boutique hotel marketing company established in August 2013, specializing in reservations, sales, marketing, and representation solutions for premium hotels. Prior to this role, Vinay served as the Vice President and National Deployment Head at Indus Towers Limited from September 2011 to December 2014, where key responsibilities included developing and implementing deployment strategies for telecom infrastructure. Vinay's earlier experience includes serving as AVP of Networks at UNINOR (Telenor group) from August 2008 to September 2011, with a focus on site rollout and energy management, and holding various network leadership roles at Aircel from August 2005 to August 2008. Vinay began a military career in the Indian Army, Corps of Signals, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel from December 1990 to July 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering and a Bachelor of Science from the National Defence Academy.

With deep inroads in Inbound DMC segment & Key Domestic agents supported by a technology driven back-end Reservation Contact Centre we have successfully supported sales & back end operations of multiple standalone boutique resorts in their initial stage of setup and their growth phase. Our innovative Pay for Performance revenue model helps our partners to spread out their CAPEX and OPEX investments and link their payouts to revenue achievements. At present, we are successfully partnering with many satisfied customers which include Jungle Lodges, Heritage Home stays, Handcrafted Boutique Resort, Activity Based Resort, Wellness Destinations, Indigenous Art Gallery & Villas.
