Dean Meinert is a CBRNE Scientist at the Cooperative Threat Reduction Program - DTRA. Prior to their current position, Dean worked as a Subject Matter Expert for Operational Design at MAPPS, Inc., and Business Segment Manager - Security at ALLPRO Imaging Corp. Dean served as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Officer in the US Army for over two decades. Dean holds a Master's Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and an MBA from Webster University. Dean completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus. Dean graduated from Fox Chapel High School in 1985.
