Heather Gauthier

Heather Gauthier has a diverse work experience, primarily focused in human resources and corporate services. Heather'smost recent role was as the HR & Safety Director at RED Mountain Resort, starting in November 2018. Prior to that, they worked at the Columbia Basin Trust as the Manager of Human Resources from September 2017 to October 2018. From June 2015 to August 2017, Heather worked at Columbia Power Corporation as the Manager of Human Resources & Corporate Services, and from September 2008 to June 2015, they served as the Coordinator of Human Resources & Corporate Services at the same company. Heather also has experience as a Vocational Counsellor at the Canadian Mental Health Association, BC Division from February 2008 to September 2008.

Heather Gauthier completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Calgary, from 2002 to 2005. Heather then obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Mount Royal University in 2006-2007. Additional certifications include a Chartered Professional in Human Resources from HRMA in June 2010, and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in March 2019 and April 2019. Heather also holds various certificates in subjects such as Leadership, Change Management, Coaching, Innovation, Project Management, Business Mastery, and Management Mastery, obtained from Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of BC and Yukon (CPHR BC & YK) and Human Resources Management Association (HRMA) between 2016 and 2017.
