Joey Fazzone is an experienced bartender and bar manager with a diverse background in the hospitality and recruiting industries. Currently serving as Bar Manager at RED O Restaurants since April 2025, Joey oversees bar operations, ensures exceptional customer service, manages inventory, and trains staff. Previous roles include recruitment at Exact Staff, bartending at Très LA Group and Gus’s Bar & BBQ, and technical recruiting at Triad Systems International. With early experience in various bartending positions, including as Head Bartender at Riviera Restaurant and Lounge and Catcher in the Rye, Joey has developed a strong foundation in customer service, drink creation, and team leadership. Additionally, technical support experience at Software Spectrum complements this extensive skill set. Education includes studies at DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ, and North Hollywood High School.
