From October 2019 to June 2022, Bhalla was Head of Revenue at ResQ and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Tulip Retail from December 2017 to October 2019. Additionally, Bhalla served as Vice President of Sales at Askuity from July 2013 to December 2017 and as Director of North American Technical Sales at IBM from July 2012 to July 2013. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Queen's University (2008-2009) and a BA Sc in Honours Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo (1999-2004).
