Mr. Cutrer serves as Senior Vice President for the Company and as Senior Vice President and Director of Human Resources of Red River Bank. He has been with the organization since 2001. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Cutrer was Director of Human Resources at Bunkie General Hospital. Mr. Cutrer has a B.S. in Management and Marketing from Louisiana College, and an M.B.A. from Louisiana Tech University.
