Mr. Obey serves as a director of the Company and Red River Bank, and has been with the organization since 1998. He serves as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Obey is the President and owner of Obey Financial Group, LLC, a company he founded in 1993 which provides personal consumer loans. He also is the President of Willie Obey & Associates LLC, founded in 1980, which provides financial planning services to businesses and individuals. He is currently a General Agent for both Assurity Life and Lafayette Life Insurance companies and a current lifetime and qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (“MDRT”).
