Stephen Gilmer

Stephen Gilmer has extensive experience in IT leadership and service management, currently serving as the Director of Technical Escalations at Red River since December 2009, where responsibilities include managing teams of SME engineers and developing tailored product solutions for clients. Prior roles at Red River include Escalation Manager and Remote Escalations Manager, where Stephen directed efforts in IT service evaluations and client support. With a strong background in systems engineering from previous positions at companies such as Kforce Government Solutions and Omniture, Inc., Stephen has demonstrated expertise in deploying server architectures, managing network security, and overseeing service desk operations. Additionally, Stephen co-founded On Demand Computer Services, Inc., and has held managerial roles across various organizations, contributing to infrastructure management and client service delivery.
