Melanie Dilbeck

Melanie Dilbeck is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and food distribution industries. At Red Robin since April 2011, Melanie has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Restaurant Accounting and Payroll, Director of Restaurant Accounting, and Supply Chain & Inventory Accounting Manager. Prior to Red Robin, Melanie served as Controller at American Food Distributors, a subsidiary of Quiznos, from May 2008 to April 2011, and as Manager of the General Ledger at National CineMedia from July 2002 to April 2008. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Barat College of DePaul University, earned between 1998 and 2000.
