Brian McEvilly

Brian McEvilly is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in mechanical and optical engineering. As the Owner of ALPINE DESIGN, McEvilly demonstrates entrepreneurial leadership. Currently, as an Opto-Mechanical Engineer at RED Digital Cinema since July 2011, McEvilly applies expertise in optical systems. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Engineer at CORNING OCA from September 1997 to February 2000, where leadership encompassed supervising a team of over 30 engineers across optical, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. McEvilly also held the position of Technical Manager for the F-18 Program at Ford Aerospace, staying through its transitions to LORAL and then Lockheed from June 1982 to August 1997. McEvilly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy between 1977 and 1982.
