Leonard Hayward

Leonard Hayward is an accomplished construction executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector and operations management. Currently serving as the Construction Executive - West at Redaptive, Inc. since October 2022, Leonard previously held positions at Executive in Construction and Alpha Mechanical Inc., where significant healthcare projects were managed, including various hospitals and medical centers. Leonard also served as Vice President of Operations and Design at Western Air Limbach, where responsibilities included turning a non-profitable company into a successful entity, alongside P&L management. Earlier in career, Leonard was the Vice President of Engineering at ACCO Engineered Systems, overseeing all mechanical design operations. Leonard holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from John Orr Technical College.
