Marcelo Ruiz is a seasoned professional in the field of software engineering and project management with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as the Management Practice Lead and Senior Software Engineering Manager at redbee Studios since August 2017, Marcelo has played a key role in leading agile teams for the development of machine learning solutions and payment gateway systems. Prior experience includes positions as a Scrum Master and Software Developer at GlobalLogic from February 2011 to August 2017, and as a Call Center Agent at TTEC from February 2009 to November 2010, where responsibilities included bilingual customer support and training new employees. Marcelo holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires.
