As a Senior Web Operations Manager, Charles enhanced technical capabilities and operational efficiencies, standardizing processes and significantly reducing lead times by over 80%. Previously, as a Web Production & Project Manager, Charles established a release management framework, providing technical stewardship for over 20 projects and eliminating compliance issues. Charles began the career at Denny Mountain Media as a Web Producer before returning to Microsoft to manage B2B communications portals for a $20 billion OEM business, receiving multiple awards for excellence in partner satisfaction. Charles holds a Master's degree in Library & Information Science and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies, both from the University of Washington.
