Claire Jones

Claire Jones has extensive experience in the housing sector, currently serving as a Senior Neighbourhood and Tenancy Officer at Redditch Borough Council since August 2016. Prior to this, Claire worked at Midland Heart from June 2007 to August 2016 in various roles, including Lettings Officer, Rent Adjustment Officer, and Customer Service Advisor. Claire's education includes a Level 3 housing qualification from the Chartered Institute of Housing Canada (2012-2013) and ongoing studies for a Level 4 housing qualification with the Chartered Institute of Housing, started in 2021.
