Redefine Meat
Eshchar Ben-Shitrit is the CEO of Redefine Meat. Eshchar was previously the VP Marketing at Highcon from September 2015 to December 2017. Prior to that, they were the Product and Segment Manager, Strategic Marketing at Hewlett-Packard from September 2011 to May 2015. In this role, they led the development and launch of a new technology to a new market segment. Eshchar also defined short and long term product requirements, priorities and strategies.
Eshchar has also served as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel from March 2010 to September 2011 and as a course instructor at EZWAY Psychometry from August 2007 to January 2011. In addition, they were a project manager at Euroticket S.R.L from February 2006 to October 2006.
Eshchar Ben-Shitrit holds an MBA in finance from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a L.L.B in law from the same school. Eshchar also attended Leyada, though it is unclear what they studied there.
