Redefine Meat
Gaby Heijmerink currently serves as a Jr. Brand Manager at Redefine Meat since April 2023. Prior to this role, Gaby worked as a Brand Marketing Intern at Mondelēz International from October 2022 to June 2023 and gained experience as a Student Brand Ambassador during that time. In addition, Gaby contributed to the development of a new app at Wageningen University & Research as part of the StudentPortal Testpool from June 2020 to July 2021. Gaby holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research (2016 - 2021) and is currently pursuing two Master of Science degrees in International Food Business and Consumer Studies at both the University of Kassel and Hochschule Fulda, while having completed bachelor electives in Consumer Behaviour and a minor in Food Science and Technology. Gaby completed secondary education at Keizer Karel College, earning a High School Diploma in the VWO program focused on nature and health.
