Redefine Meat
Marthe Lomans is an experienced Food Engineer and Process Technologist currently employed at Redefine Meat since February 2022. Previously, Marthe held various roles at Hessing Supervers from November 2017 to January 2022, including Team Leader Technology, Process Analyst, and Product Developer. Marthe has also worked as a Cafeteria Worker at Eeterij Smulders from March 2011 to December 2017, and as a Graduate Student focused on product development for SNICKERS® at Mars in 2017. Additional experience includes internships at Marel, The FoodBowl, Delicia, and Heineken, which involved quality improvement and research and development projects. Marthe holds a Master of Science in Food Technology from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor of Science in Food Technology from HAS Green Academy. Education was completed at Zwijsen College Veghel with a HAVO in Nature and Health.
