R&D Director of Food Technology at Redefine Meat

Tal Shimony-Cohen is an accomplished R&D professional with extensive experience in food technology and digital printing. Currently serving as the R&D Director of Food Technology at Redefine Meat since March 2021, Tal previously held significant roles including Ink R&D Group Manager at Landa Digital Printing, where management of a team of scientists was essential, and R&D Chemistry Manager at Kornit-Digital, overseeing a group of 19 chemists and engineers in inkjet ink development. Earlier experience includes Project Manager at Tambour, leading an R&D team and developing long-lasting innovative products. Tal holds an M.B.A. from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Materials Engineering and Physics from the same institution.
