David Bick

David Bick has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David began their career at Geneva Technology in 1997 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2001, they joined Convergys as a Technical Architect, where their responsibilities included prototyping, technology evaluation, systems analysis, pre-sales support, and benchmarking. In 2008, they moved to Redgate Software, starting as a Project Manager and leading internal and web development projects. David then progressed to become a Product Manager, playing a crucial role in delivering significant growth for a flagship product and reestablishing the strategy and development for an in-life product. David's experience also extends to holding the position of Head of Innovation at Redgate Software, where they spearheaded multiple teams in researching, prototyping, and launching future products. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Product Management.

David Bick received their BSc degree in Physics from the University of Birmingham from 1990 to 1993. David then pursued a PhD in Polymer Physics at the University of Leeds from 1993 to 1996.
