Brad Hovland

Brad Hovland serves as the Recruiting Director at RED Global since August 2022, having previously held the same title at Turnberry Solutions from June 2012 to August 2022. Hovland's extensive recruitment experience spans various roles at notable companies including Harbinger Partners as Recruiting Lead and Principal Recruiter, PRAGMATEK as Director of Recruiting, and positions at Target Corporation, TSI Incorporated, and Carlson Companies. With a strong background in IT recruitment, particularly in SAP and related technologies, Hovland has also contributed as a freelance columnist for the Stillwater Gazette. Hovland holds a Master of Science in Space Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of North Dakota.
