Melanie Perron

Melanie Perron is an accomplished account manager with extensive experience in business development and sales management within the multifamily housing industry. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Redi Carpet since March 2022, Melanie previously held the position of Director of Business Development at CheckpointID from February 2019 to March 2022. Melanie's prior roles include Sales Manager for Apartments.com and General Sales Manager for ForRent.com®, as well as Account Executive positions with For Rent Media Solutions and The Hampton Roads Apartment Book. Early career experience includes the role of Assistant Community Manager at Berkshire Property Advisors, where responsibilities included rent collections, tenant communications, and marketing outreach. Melanie holds a high school diploma from Menchville High School, graduated in 1999.
