Jai Desai

Jai Desai currently serves as the Product Management and Engineering Lead at RediMinds, Inc., having joined the company in June 2023. Previously, Jai held various roles including Associate Manager and Marketing Intern at We-Ace, as well as Fest Director for the Ashoka Literature Festival. Additional experience includes serving as Student Placement Coordinator at Ashoka University and Internship Coordinator at the Ashoka University Internship Cell, where responsibilities involved managing recruitment and internships. Jai has also worked as Project Manager for AshokaX and contributed to the You're Wonderful Project, focusing on logistics and corporate sponsorships. Earlier internships include roles at Jai Kisan and Metropolis Healthcare, emphasizing marketing structure establishment and customer experience improvement. Jai holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Studies and Research and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Ashoka University.
