Paula Goldberg

Paula Goldberg is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational development and talent acquisition. Since May 2022, Paula has served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Redis, previously holding roles as an HR Business Partner at Element or from May 2019 to April 2022, and as an HR Admin at LiveU from May 2018 to April 2019. Additional experience includes positions at ProWoman Organization as an Organizational Development Manager and Program Manager from September 2018 to September 2020. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University, obtained in January 2019, and completed the HR Business Partner Lab at QUATRO Leadership Lab in February 2024.
