Scott Mason

Scott Mason is an experienced professional with a strong background in development, communications, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Development and Communications at ReDiscover since January 2025, Scott oversees fundraising initiatives, grants, public relations, and brand identity. Previously, Scott held various roles at Rose Brooks Center Inc., including Director of Stewardship & Marketing and Director of Development & Community Giving, where responsibilities included donor stewardship, multi-million dollar income goal achievement, and fundraising management. Scott's earlier experience includes executive management for the Kansas City Symphony Chorus, vendor management, and project management roles at Sprint. With expertise in grant writing, community giving, and advocacy, Scott has contributed significantly to organizational growth and impact.
