Joe Crean is an experienced technical account manager with a strong background in consulting and systems engineering across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, finance, and insurance. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at Redis since April 2021, Joe manages a high-value portfolio of enterprise customers, focusing on driving value and retention. Previous roles include Enterprise Technical Account Manager and Senior Principal Consultant at MarkLogic, where Joe specialized in architecting and developing web-based search and analytics applications. With additional expertise as a Principal Solution Consultant at Progress Software and Principal Consultant at IONA Technologies, Joe has extensive experience in SOA architecture and systems integration. Joe began career as an Analyst Programmer at Norwich Union and has a BSc in Maths and Physics from Technological University Dublin.
