Mary-Lou O'Brien

Mary-Lou O'Brien is an accomplished leader in digital innovation and transformation with extensive experience in educational settings. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Innovation at Redlands since July 2021, O'Brien focuses on enhancing business processes and educational outcomes through strategic digital services. Prior to this, O'Brien was a consultant at ML O'Brien Pty Ltd and held various key positions at Melbourne Girls Grammar, including Chief Digital Officer and Director of eLearning, where significant digital transformation initiatives were implemented. O'Brien's career also includes roles at Box Hill Institute, the Centre for Educational Enterprise, Swinburne University of Technology, and as the founder of one of Australia's first online retail businesses. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business (eBusiness & Communication) and a Diploma in Vocational Education & Training from Swinburne University of Technology.
