Johny Mendez has a diverse work experience. Johny began their career at Carmanah Technologies in 1995 as an Operations Manager and worked there until 2003. Following that, they joined Maximum Separation Systems Inc. as an Operations Manager from 2003 to 2005. In 2007, they started working at Redlen Technologies as a Production Manager. Johny later took on the roles of Manager of Operation Excellence, which they have held since May 2019.
From 1980 to 1984, Johny Mendez attended the Philippines Air Force Academy, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Aeronautical studies.
