Alec Weaver is an accomplished business professional with extensive experience in sales and account management. Currently serving as the Account Director for the West region at Redpanda Data, a leading Kafka®-compatible streaming data platform, Alec brings expertise in high-performance data solutions. Previously, as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at MongoDB, territory expertise included major clients such as Apple and Airbnb, contributing to the company’s mission of empowering innovation through data. Prior roles at JFrog included various positions culminating in Senior Enterprise Account Executive, where Alec focused on software supply chain solutions. Alec's career began as Co-Founder and CEO of AKWA Enterprise, a software development consultancy. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
