Alena Varkočková

Alena Varkočková has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2021. Alena began as a Freelance Developer in 2009, then worked as an XHTML/CSS coder, Smarty, Javascript (jQuery) programmer at Cybergenics in the same year. In 2010, they worked as a Software Development Manager, Senior Software Developer, and Malware Analyst at Avast Software, and also as a PHP programmer at Imagineo s.r.o. In 2017, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Mesosphere, and in 2021 they began their current role as a Software Engineer at vectorized.io.

Alena Varkočková graduated from the Czech Technical University in Prague in 2011 with a Bc. in Software Engineering. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Reliable Distributed Algorithms - Part 1 from edX and in 2015 they obtained a certification in Principles of Reactive Programming from Coursera.
